The blackboard menu at Piermasters allows our young, talented kitchen to support the very best of Westcountry produce.

We have been buying from the same small firms for many years and will only buy the finest quality produce, fresh on a daily basis. This allows us to change our menu as and when items become available, even if that means in the middle of service. Bon Appetite!
